Beck Jardine - The Half Baked Moose

Fuelled by a love of baking and creating wonderful cakes and desserts to share with family and friends, I make bespoke wedding cakes, speciality desserts and baked goods that can be enjoyed at your next celebration.

I love to create rustic wedding cakes for your special day, including the popular "naked" and "semi naked" frosted wedding cakes.  Custom birthday cakes, Christmas and festive treats, sweet pies and tarts and delicious cookies are also available for the best homemade comforts. I love to work with any ideas or special requests you may have as well.

In addition to my baking adventures, my husband and I are also beekeepers with hives in our backyard. This allows us to harvest raw natural honey, which is produced from local pollen in the Blue Mountains. If you are interest in buying local honey please get in touch!

Based out of my home in the Blue Mountains NSW, I can deliver locally as well as to Sydney and the Southern Highlands.
